Offices
 

Our offices are located in our main Warrensburg workshop, which also contains the voicing rooms, the pipe shop, and the leathering department.  The placement of the woodworking department in a separate building, ensures that dust is kept out of the main workshop and set-up areas. 

Pipe Shop

Metal reed and flue pipes are manufactured in our pipe shop which is located in the main workshop.  Sheets of zinc, and different alloys of lead and tin are cut out and soldered to make the pipes.  Vintage pipes are cleaned, repaired, and made ready for the voicer. 

Voiclng

The voicing rooms are carefully temperature and humidity controlled, and every precaution is taken to see that the pipework, especially the reeds, is clean and free from dust.  All reed pipes are hermetically sealed before leaving the voicing rooms.

Woodworking

The windchests, building frames, reservoirs, consoles, casework, wooden pipes, and other products for pipe organs are manufactured in the woodshop.
